The system enables teachers to manage students and record memorization sessions in detail, including the Surah, verse range, number of pages, mistakes, performance evaluation, and whether the session represents new memorization or revision. Teachers can also assign upcoming work and view the required pages directly from the Quran during a session. Each student has a dedicated profile containing their information, complete memorization history, statistics, fee status, and previous assignments, with direct WhatsApp communication available for contacting parents. The system also supports attendance tracking, teacher management, and student distribution among teachers. At the end of each day, the system generates a comprehensive daily report covering all students, including memorization performance, assignments, and attendance. Visual status indicators make it easy to review the entire center's daily progress at a glance, while reports can be saved and shared when needed. The solution transforms scattered day-to-day center operations into a structured digital workflow—from managing students and recording memorization sessions to tracking long-term progress and generating clear daily reports.
